Casio has announced their latest smart outdoor watch – WSD-F10. With its unique dual-layer display structure, the smartwatch provides excellent visibility in any conditions, and its battery lasts one month between charges.
The WSC-F10 is an outdoor-friendly and durable smartwatch that runs Android Wear. As we can see from the images, the smartwatch shows off a tough and rugged design along with four charming color options, and as an outdoor watch, WSC-F10 passed the MIL-STG-810G military standard endurance tests, so it withstands dropping shocks, vibrations and other demands of rugged outdoor use. Moreover, its 50-meter water-resistant structure guards the smartwatch against wet conditions encountered in various outdoor environments.
As a smartwatch, Casio WSC-F10 is able to wirelessly communicate with your smartphone via Bluetooth technology and show you various notifications from the connected phone on your wrist. And its professional outdoor app brings your outdoor activities to a new level with rich data including traveling speed, attitude remaining to goal, distance traveled, atmospheric pressure change, and more.
Furthermore, the outdoor smartwatch also features a dual-layer display structure that consists of a monochrome LCD and color LCD installed on separate levels. The monochrome LCD continuously displays time, and the color LCD delivers you content of measurement info and apps. And you can turn the color LCD off, turning the smartwatch into a normal G-Shock watch. In addition, its rechargeable battery offers one month of usage between charges.
