The PowerShot G1 X Mark III is a high performance compact digital camera that measures 3.1 x 4.5 x 2 inches and weighs 0.88 pounds. As shown in the images, the camera sports a small and lightweight appearance design, and its ergonomic grip lets you comfortably hold it for capturing photos and videos. Meanwhile, its robust construction keeps sand, dust, dirt and water from getting into the camera.

Canon PowerShot G1 X Mark III features a DSLR-sized 24.2MP APS-C CMOS sensor and DIGIC 7 image processor, so the combination allows it to deliver a wide sensitivity range from ISO 100-25600 for shooting in various lighting conditions, and it offers high image quality and fast operation. Furthermore, the processor also allows it to shoot up to 7fps (up to 9fps with One Shot AF).

The Canon compact camera also features a built-in 3X optical zoom lens that offers a 24-72mm focal length range and f/2.8-5.6 aperture, and built-in optical image stabilizer improves handheld shooting.
