Canon has unveiled EOS 5D Mark IV, its latest flagship grade DSLR camera. With its newly added 4K video recording, WiFi and more features, the camera may bring your photography to a new level.
Canon EOS 5D Mark IV is a high-performance DSLR camera that measures 5.9 x 4.6 x 3.0 inches and weighs 1.78 lbs. As shown in the images, the DSLR camera has a rugged and portable profile, and its robust magnesium alloy body design makes it dust- and weather-sealed, so it works well in harsh environments, and the ergonomic grip with leather-look exterior provides a comfortable and steady grip.
To balance high-resolution and low-light performance, Canon EOS 5D Mark IV comes equipped a newly developed 30.4MP full-frame CMOS sensor paired with a DIGIC 6+ image processor, so it delivers higher resolution images with fine detail even in low-light conditions and it offers impressive performance within a native range of ISO 100-32000 and can be expended to ISO 50-102400. Moreover, the 5D Mark IV supports DCI 4K video recording at up to 30fps at 500Mbps, and its 150,000-pixel RGB+IR metering sensor allows you to more comfortably reply on the camera to capture difficult scenes.
Furthermore, the 5D Mark IV features an enhanced High Density Reticular AF system with 61 phase-detect points for better tracking and locating subjects in the frame, and its Dual Pixel CMOS AF delivers about 80% coverage of phase-detection autofocus for faster and more accurate focusing. Canon EOS 5D Mark IV has a 3.2″ 1.62m-dot Clear View II LCD monitor, and its touchscreen feature offers intuitive touch-to-focus control.
Moreover, built-in WiFi and NFC connectivity allows the DSLR camera to wirelessly connect with your smartphone for sharing photos and videos and handy remote control, and its GPS module geotags imagery in-camera and syncs time with the universal time code via satellites.
