Apparently for bookworms, ebook reader is still a good choice even though lots of Android tablets and Apple iPad are invading the market, especially now Barnes & Noble unveiled its latest NOOK touchscreen eReader.
Compared with original NOOK and NOOK Color, the all-new NOOK features more portable size. The whole eReader just measures 6.5 x 5.0 x 0.47 inches, weights 7.48 ounces, and cones with a 6-inch E Ink Pearl touch screen with 800 x 600 pixels resolution. No double, this kind of lightweight design and easy control let you fully enjoy favorite ebooks on the go, while the built-in WiFi also allows you to download various books into its 2GB internal memory or expandable microSD card up to 32GB.
Apart from that, the new BOOK supports multiple popular file formats, including ePub, PDF, JPG, GIF, PNG, and BMP. The built-in rechargeable battery can offer you up to 2 months of use time when WiFi off.
Barnes & Noble all-new NOOK touchscreen eReader is priced at $139 USD (WiFi version). The ebook reader will be released on June 10, but now you can preorder one from B&N official site.
