Apparently iPhone 4G just is an unofficial name. Yesterday the latest generation of iPhone series: iPhone 4 was unveiled by Steve Jobs at the Worldwide Developers Conference.
Unlike the iPhone 3GS, iPhone 4 comes in a fresh stylish design, measures 4.5 x 2.31 x 0.37 inches, and weights 137 grams. iPhone 4 features black glass and stainless steel body, has a 3.5-inch multitouch screen with a resolution of 860 x 640 called Retina Display, which can display up to 4 times detail than the screen of iPhone 3GS.
Two cameras are integrated in iPhone 4, including the main 5-megapixel camera with LED flash on the back, and a front camera ready for Apple’s new video chat function: FaceTime.
iPhone 4 is powered by Apple custom A4 processor. The battery can offer seven hours of talk time on 3G network, up to 10 hours of web browsing on WiFi or up to 6 hours on 3G, as well up to 10 hours of video playback, and 40 hours of audio playback.
The Apple iPhone 4 will be available in two colors, including black and white. 16GB version iPhone 4 costs $199 USD. 32GB model valued at $299 USD. Two models are available on June 24 in the US, France, Germany, Japan and the UK. Need more details? Please jump to Apple.
