Apple iOS 6 Unveiled Coming This Fall

At WWDC 2012, Apple unveiled its latest iOS 6 mobile operating system that will be coming this fall. At present, a beta version of iOS 6 has been available via iOS Developer Center. Let’s go on checking what new features will be packed into iOS 6.

According to Apple, iOS 6 mobile operating system will take your iPhone, iPad and iPod touch in entirely new directions. The first feature is a whole new map service: Maps featuring detailed maps, beautiful landmarks and spoken navigation, which will replace Google Maps. The second, Siri will be available in the new iPad, and support more languages. The third, FaceTime under iOS 6 works over cellular networks as well as WiFi, and new Phone allows you to reply instantly with a message or set a callback reminder when you decline a call. The fourth, new photo share button lets you more easily share photos with friends. Apart from that, other new features also include redesigned Mail with a more streamlined interface, Passbook that puts your boarding passes, movie tickets, retail coupons, loyalty cards together, enhanced Safari that supports saving pages and iCloud, and etc. After the break, check out the following demo video.
