Similar with the MacBook Air with Retina display, the Mac also features a 100% recycled aluminum enclosure that delivers a minimalistic, modern appearance design and durable construction.
The new Mac mini is powered by 8th generation Intel quad-core or 6-core processor with Intel UHD Graphics 630 and comes equipped with 8/16/32/64GB DDR4 RAM and up to 2TB SSD storage in order to handle various applications, games, multimedia playback and multitasking. Furthermore, the Mac mini features the Apple T2 Security Chip that consolidates several controllers into one, and includes a Secure Enclave coprocessor that offers the foundation for encrypted storage and secure boot capabilities.
Moreover, four Thunderbolt 3 (USB-C) ports allow it to efficiently transfer data at up to 40Gb/s, charge and power external devices, connect up to two 4K displays, and other interfaces also include HDMI 2.0 port, two USB 3.0 ports, Gigabit Ethernet port, and 3.5mm headphone jack as well as Bluetooth 5.0.
