Amazon Echo Show 5 measures 5.8 x 3.4 x 2.9 inches and weighs 14.5 oz. As shown in the images, the streamlined design and fabric exterior deliver a stylish and elegant appearance design, and two classic optional colors ensure it matches more interior decoration styles. Meanwhile, the compact design allows you to more conveniently deploy it in your house.

Compared with the all-new Amazon Echo released last year, the Echo Show 5 comes equipped with a smaller 5.5″ screen with 960 x 480 resolution, which means more flexible placement and a more affordable price. Furthermore, it has a 4W 1.65″ speaker so that you can use it to play your favorite music, radio stations, podcasts, audiobooks and videos from online services like Spotify, Amazon Music, Prime Video, YouTube Pandora, and more.

Using built-in Alexa, you can ask it to play your favorite music or videos, read news, check weather or traffic info, interact with other compatible smart home devices such as Ring video doorbell, smart WiFi light switch and more. In addition, using a press of a button, you can effortlessly turn the camera and microphone off, and he built-in shutter allows you to easily cover the camera. When turn on, the smart display streams your voice to the cloud only after you activate it with the wake word, so it always protects your privacy from leaking whether you’re using it or not.
