The all-new Kindle Oasis measures 6.3 x 5.6 x 0.13-.33 inches and weighs 6.6 oz. Compared with the previous Kindle Oasis released two year ago, it seems that the new model has no change on the appearance. Of course, it still features IPX8 waterproof rating to withstand immersion in 2 meters of fresh water for 60 minutes, but the new eReader comes equipped with an adjustable warm backlit. You can adjust it from white light to a warm amber with the ability to schedule, and it automatically adjusts based on the ambient light around you. No doubt, the warm light can bring you a better viewing in low-light conditions or in the dark.
