AirVolt Wireless Charger Charges Your Smartphone via Radio Waves

You don’t need to put your smartphone on a wireless charging pad for charging. AirVolt wireless charger allows you to charge your smartphone via radio waves. Curious? Let’s continue checking.

AirVolt Wireless Charger Using Radio Waves

The AirVolt is an innovative and convenient wireless charger designed to offer a more handy way to charge your smartphone. As we can see from her images, the wireless charger consists of two parts including a receiver and a transmitter, and its ultra compact design allows you to easily put the charger in your bag for easy charging anywhere you go.

Unlike Qi-enabled charger using inductive charging technology, AirVolt is able to create one-type radio waves, and its dedicatedly designed receiver is able to covert radio waves to energy, charging your iPhone or Android phone. All you need to do is just plug the transmitter into a wall outlet and connect the compact receiver with your smartphone, then keep the phone within a radius of 9 meters from the wall outlet. It takes about two and a half hours to fully charge your smartphone using a charging cable, while using AirVolt, it takes three hours, but you can more freely use your handset during charging.

Furthermore, the AirVolt’s transmitter also features a built-in 2900mAh backup battery pack, so it works as a portable wireless charger that charges your phone without connecting any charging cable on the go.

The AirVolt has been available for preorder on Indiegogo. Pledging $40 will let you own the wireless charger with a receiver for iPhone or Android phone. It will be shipped in February 2017.
