Xiaomi has launched QiCycle folding electric bike. Using its 250W motor and multiple riding modes, the eBike delivers forcible and comfortable riding experience, and built-in Bluetooth tracker tracks your riding status.
The QiCycle is a budget-friendly and well-designed connected folding electric bike which measures 1247 x 556 x 928mm (unfolded)/ 1000 x 450 x 650mm (folded) and weights 14.5kg. As we can see from the images, the ebike shows off its minimal, urban-style appearance, and full aluminum design delivers a durable and lightweight construction. Meanwhile, foldable feature enables it to be stored in your car or room with ease.
The folding electric bike comes equipped with a 250W brushless motor and a removable 208.8Wh battery pack arranged in its frame, so it delivers a top speed of 20km/h and up to 45km riding range in petal-assist mode. Furthermore, the ebike has four petal-assist modes including fitness mode, economy mode, balance mode and enhancement mode, and its TMM torque sensor measures the torque you apply and deliver you suitable pedal assist. The electric bike also has a 3-speed Shimano shifter in order to deal with uphills even without pedal assist.
Furthermore, the electric bike also features integrated riding tracker tracking your riding speed, distance traveled, calories burned and more, and built-in Bluetooth technology allows it to wirelessly connects with your smartphone, so you can view all data on your handset. Moreover, a 1.8″ TFT display has been placed on the handlebar, which shows you the status of the QiCycle, and its LED taillight and headlight keep you safe on the road in the dark.
Xiaomi QiCycle electric bike has been available for preorder in the form of crowdfunding campaign. It’s priced at ¥2,999, but no word about its sale in other regions.
