With a larger cooking surface than Uuni 2S portable oven, Uuni Pro outdoor oven allows you to cook larger pizzas, roasts and more, and it allows us to cook burning pellets, wood, charcoal and gas.
The Uuni Pro is a high-performance and easy-to-transport outdoor oven that measures 29.13″ long by 19.29″ wide by 31.1″ tall and weighs approx 57 lbs. As we can see from the images, the outdoor oven follows the appearance design of Uuni 2S, but the new addition sports a larger design so you can use it to cook more foods for a big party.
The main body of Uuni Pro is made of high-grade 304 stainless steel to ensure it delivers a durable construction with gorgeous appearance.
The outdoor oven features a 17.7″ x 17.7″ cooking surface so you can use it to cook a large 16″ pizza or bake more breads, meats, vegetables at a time. Using a removable stone baking board, the outdoor oven’s interior can reach temperatures of up to 900 degrees Fahrenheit (300 degrees Celsius), so it can cook a pizza in only 90 seconds.
Moreover, the outdoor oven comes with the wood and charcoal burner, and an included pellet burner is designed for a steady even heat while an optional gas burner allows it to support gas fuel. In addition to a full door, the outdoor oven also has a patent pending pizza door that helps you bake pizzas with more ease.
The Uuni Pro has been available for preorder via Indiegogo. You can pledge $499 to preorder the quad-fuelled outdoor oven. It will be shipped in July 2017 (estimated).
