Sony has announced its latest Android phone – Xperia M2 Aqua. If you’re curious, let’s go on checking the detailed features in the new 4.8-inch waterproof smartphone.
Sony Xperia M2 Aqua is a mid-range, budget friendly Android smartphone that meets IP65/68 dust resistant and waterproof rating. This means your Xperia M2 Aqua can be kept under 1.5m of fresh water for up to 30 minutes. Sony Xperia M2 Aqua measures 140 x 72 x 8.6mm, weights 149g, and runs Google Android 4.4 KitKat OS. Moreover, the waterproof phone is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 1.2GHz quad-core processor with Adreno 305 GPU, and comes with 1GB RAM, 8GB internal storage with microSD card slot supporting up to 32GB, 4.8-inch qHD display with 540 x 960 pixels resolution, 1.1-megapixel front facing webcam, and 8-megapixel rear autofocus camera with pulsed LED flash, Sony Exmor RS for mobile image sensor, and 1080p video recording. Moreover, other specs also include WiFi, Bluetooth 4.0, AGPS, NFC, DLNA, and 2330mAh rechargeable battery.
