Sony has announced two new mid-range smartphones – Xperia C5 Ultra and Xperia M5. With 13MP and 21.5MP cameras, both smartphones focus on delivering you better phonegraphy experience.
Sony Xperia C5 Ultra measures 164.2 x 79.6 x 8.2mm and weights 187g. The smartphone is equipped with a 6″ Full HD IPS display with Mobile BRAVIA Engine 2 plus its wafer-thin bezel in order to bring you a comfortable and immersive mobile viewing experience.
Xperia C5 Ultra also features 13MP front and rear autofocus cameras. The front selfie camera has a 22mm wide-angle lens for perfect selfies and group photos, and the soft LED flash is on the front and the back for enhanced shots in low light conditions. Meanwhile, its Exmor RS sensor and HDR technology delivers clear and sharp imaging.
Xperia C5 Ultra also comes with a 64-bit 1.7GHz octa-core processor, 2GB RAM, 16GB ROM with microSD card slot supporting up to 200GB, and the 2930mAh battery offers up to 14 hours 24 min of talk time.
Xperia M5 is a waterproof smartphone that can survive submersion of 1.5m of water for 30 minutes. And the Android phone shows off a 13MP front-facing autofocus camera and a 21.5MP rear hybrid autofocus camera. With HDR and Exmor RS sensor, both cameras bring you high-quality imaging, and the rear camera also supports 4K video recording. Using the waterproof design, you can easily capture various moments anytime anywhere.
Xperia M5 is powered by a 64-bit octa-core processor and has 3GB RAM, up to 16GB ROM with microSD card slot supporting up to 200GB in order to offer fast response and abundant storage capacity, and 2600mAh battery gives you up to 11 hours 49 min of talk time.
Apart from that, both smartphones runs Google Android 5.0 Lollipop OS, and other same specs include Bluetooth 4.1, NFC, aGPS/GLONASS, optional 4G LTE, and DLNA.
