With the collaboration of Speedo, Misfit released their latest Speedo Shine, a premium fitness tracker for swimmers. In addition to tracking your daily movements, the smart wearable is capable to track your swimming laps and more.

The Speedo Shine is an advanced and unique fitness tracker that measures 27.5 x 3.3 x 27.5mm and weights 9.4g. As we can see from the images, the Misfit’s latest wearable shows off the same design of their original Shine fitness tracker, and it’s built with anodized aircraft-grade aluminum for a durable construction and premium feeling. Using included wristband and clip you can easily wear it on your wrist or attach it anywhere on your body for tracking your daily activity.

Most importantly, as a swimmer friendly tracking device, Speedo Shine features a waterproof housing that allows you to dive into water up to 50 meters with it, so using its 3-axis accelerometer, the fitness tracker not only tracks your walking, running, cycling, distance, steps, calories burned, and sleep, but also has special swim tracking capabilities to track your swimming laps and swim distance.

Moreover, dedicatedly designed app collects all tracking data and show you these data in an intuitive way, and built-in Bluetooth 4.0 allows it to wirelessly connect with your smartphone. The fitness tracker is powered by a CR2032 coin cell that can offers up to 6 months of battery life. Of course, you can easily replace it with a new battery.
