With Microbot Push wireless robotic finger, you can easily turn your various devices into smart devices such as smart light switch, smart kettle. Cool? Let’s keep going.
The Microbot Push is a Bluetooth enabled robotic finger that measures 2.46 x 1.06 x 1.25 inches. As we can see from the images, the robotic finger shows off an ultra compact design and a unique stair-step shape in order that you can easily apply your Microbot Push above a switch or a button of your device in your house, and sleek design allows it to seamlessly blend with many interiors.
Using built-in Bluetooth technology, Microbot Push is able to wirelessly communicate with your smartphone, so you can use your handset to control the robotic finger and remotely turn on or off your devices. Moreover, built-in rechargeable battery offers one year of usage between charges.
Most importantly, Microbot Push features an optional hub named Prota Box. The smart hub wirelessly connects with your Microbot Pushes over Bluetooth, and built-in WiFi connectivity allows it to join in your local network, so you can use your smartphone to wirelessly control all the robotic fingers wherever you go. Furthermore, you can set automation rules for the robotic fingers with your smartphone, and it supports IFTTT and many smart devices. In addition, the smart hub doubles as a streaming device that mirrors the screen of your tablet or smartphone to your TV. You can watch Hulu, Netflix and YouTube on your TV without any extra cable or device.
The crowdfunding campaign for Microbot Push is ongoing on Indiegogo. You can pledge $209 to preorder three robotic fingers and one smart hub. It will be shipped in April next year.
