Boost Mobile has announced a new waterproof phone: Kyocera Hydro. If you don’t want to miss any important call, even underwater during your great summer vacation, the waterproof Android phone may be suitable for you.
Kyocera Hydro is an IPX5- and IPX7-level waterproof Android powered smartphone, so the Android phone is able to withstand sprayed water or even being submerged in three feet of water for up to 30 minutes. The smartphone also features lightweight design, and comes with Google Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich mobile operating system, 1GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon processor, 3.5-inch touchscreen display, 3.2-megapixel rear camera with flash and video camera, WiFi, and GPS. Apart from that, the 3G smartphone allow you access Google Play for various Android apps, games as well as music and movies, and the Eco mode is better for battery management.
