Intel announced Intel Compute Stick last year. Now the USB-stick-sized mini computer has been available for preorder. Using it, you can turn your HDTV into a desktop computer with Windows 8.1 or Linux.
Intel Compute Stick is a powerful ultra compact computer that allows you to take it with you anywhere. The mini computer is powered by an Intel Atom 64-bit quad-core processor and comes with 2GB RAM, 32GB internal storage and a built-in microSD card reader in order to deliver high performance and enough storage capacity in the tiny body. Moreover, an integrated HDMI output allows you to plug it in any HDTV with HDMI, and its USB 2.0 port works with various USB devices like wireless keyboard, mouse, USB hub and more.
Intel Compute Stick runs Microsoft Windows 8.1 OS, and its specs allows it to upgrade to upcoming Windows 10 OS. Now the mini computer had been available for preorder for $149.99 USD. If you’re interested, jump to Newegg online store or Intel official site for more details.
