Just yesterday HTC announced two Windows Phone 8 smartphones. Following the introduction of HTC 8X, let’s go on checking another Windows Phone 8 smartphone: HTC 8S.
HTC 8S is a 4.0-inch Windows phone that measures 120.5 x 63 x 10.3mm and weights 113g. The Windows smartphone runs on Microsoft’s Windows Phone 8 mobile operating system, and features a Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 1GHz dual -core processor with Adreno 225 graphics chip, 512MB RAM, 4GB internal storage, a 4.0-inch super LCD capacitive touchscreen display with 480 x 800 pixels resolution, and a 5-megapixel rear autofocus camera with LED flash, f2.8 aperture and 35mm lens that supports 720p video recording, moreover, other specs also include microSD card slot supporting up to 32GB, WiFi, Bluetooth 2.1+EDR, built-in Audio Beats, internal GPS antenna with GLONASS and embedded 1700mAh rechargeable battery. Apart from they, the Windows phone supports GSM/GPRS/EDGE/ and HSPA/WCDMA network standards.
