HP Stream 7 and Stream 8 are two budget friendly Windows tablets that runs Windows 8.1 OS with Free Office 365 Personal for one year. The two Windows 8.1 tablets share with almost same specs, including Intel Atom Z3735G quad-core processor, 1GB RAM, 32GB internal storage with microSD card slot for up to 32GB expandable storage, 2-megapixel front-facing camera, 5-megapixel rear camera, and WiFi as well Bluetooth 4.0.
