Apple announced two latest successors to iPhone X: iPhone Xs and iPhone Xs Max. With a new A12 Bionic chip, the iPhones will bring more powerful performance and new features. Let’s go on.
Apple iPhone Xs and iPhone Xs Max share almost same specs except their screens and sizes. The iPhone Xs measures 5.65 x 2.79 x 0.30 inches, and the iPhone Xs Max measures 6.20 x 3.05 x 0.30 inches. As we can see from the images, the two new iPhones have a same appearance design as the predecessor, along with three gorgeous colors: gold, silver and space gray, and the PVD color process ensures the stainless steel bands complement to the beauty of the glass back. Meanwhile, the IP68 rating means the phones withstand splash, dust and even submersion in 2 meters of water for up to 30 minutes.
The iPhone Xs and Xs Max are equipped with an A12 Bionic chip with two performance cores and 4-core GPU in order to handle various apps, games and bring more new features such as rear camera AR, front camera AR, smart HDR, advanced Face ID and more. The all-screen design has been applied on the two models, but iPhone Xs Max features a 6.5″ Super Retina custom OLED display with 2688 x 1242 pixels resolution and 458ppi, while the iPhone Xs has a 5.8″ Super Retina custom OLED display with 2436 x 1125 resolution and 458ppi.
Furthermore, both models feature a dual 12MP rear camera system that consists of a f/1.8 wide-angle lens and a f/2.4 telephoto lens with dual optical image stabilization. The camera system supports 4K video recording, and all-new depth control allows you to effortlessly adjust the depth of field. The 7MP TrueDepth front camera features a f/2.2 wide-angle lens, all-new video stabilization and 1080p video recording.
Moreover, iPhone Xs and Xs Max support dual SIM using e-SIM technology, and the Xs offers up to 20 hours of talk time, and the Xs Max model provides up to 25 hours of talk time on a full single charge.
