AliveCor has announced their latest Kardia Apple Watch band. Using integrated medical-grade mobile EKG solution, the band focuses on your heart health anytime and anywhere.
The Kardia is an advanced Apple Watch band designed to bring your medical-grade electrocardiogram (EKG) onto the smartwatch. As we can see from the images, the watch band shows off a sleek and low-profile design that allows it to blend well with your precious Apple Watch.
The band features an integrated tracking pad on one end. Just placing your thumb on the pad allows it to instantly know whether your heart rhythm is normal or whether atrial fibrillation (AF) is detected in your EKG, and it’s able to track and record your heart activity data and send it to your doctor to inform your diagnosis and treatment plan.
Furthermore, the Apple Watch can also keep track of palpitations, shortness of breath, dietary habits and exercise patterns, and it works with Apple Health and Google Fit in order to enrich your health insights.
The Kardia Apple Watch band with on-demanding heart monitoring will be available late spring. If you’re interested, jump to AliveCor for its more details. BTW, also don’t miss Prime Apple Watch band and more related cool stuff by following tags.
